Yesterday we had almost a complete washout with strong winds and heavy rain
from 11am all the way through to 6am this morning, today we had glorious
sunshine. Not much in the way of migration at the moment, the best we could
find was a grey looking willow warbler of the northern Scandinavian race
acredula. However we were more than compensated by four golden eagles
flying together and a single adult white-tailed eagle. Best amongst the
supporting cast, 20+ twite showing exceptionally well.
Twite.
(Common?) seal.
Shag.
