Only my second Barn Owl at the mere, thanks to Damian for bringing it to my attention. The habitat at the mere looks perfect for owls.

Hi Colin and Damian. Nice to see the clip of the Barn owl at Eccleston Mere. As you might know, there is a pair of them at Valencia Farm further south of the mere and they often fly in the direction of the mere when hunting. Quite possibly the same bird(s).
