Common Sandpiper 1
Raven 1
Pink-footed Goose 1 on the water
Whitethroat 8 singing
Blackcap 5
Willow Warbler 8 singing
Chiffchaff 3 singing
Lesser Redpoll 10 displaying
Siskin 2
Great spotted Woodpecker 1
It's quite unusual to see Pink-footed Geese on the water at the mere, I can only assume that this is an injured or sick bird, since virtually all of it's mates have now left the North West.
