I was all set for going to Bickershaw this afternoon but then John Tymon found a couple of little terns on the spit so I ended up going back to the flash.
One of the birds looks to be colour ringed but I can't even be sure of the colour let alone the code. Little terns are just about annual for me at the flash and this is a typical time of year for them to turn up.
