A peep at Four Mile beach this evening

This evening I had a stroll along the nearby four mile beach. There were a few bar-tailed godwits and a whimbrel, but I also came across a small flock of Red-capped plovers. With them there were a couple of stints which I assume must be red-necked stint, since they are by far the commonest stints in Australia.  I'm certainly not going to worry about the finer points of peep id when  surrounded by all the other wonders at this place.
