This evening the Sabine's gull was back in its normal routine, feeding on insects phalarope style just outside Horrock's Hide. It appears to have made a complete recovery but I suppose there is the chance that it risks infection in the murky waters of Pennington Flash. What it really needs to do is go now, it's been there a week, it needs to get back to the coast and head south to the Bay of Biscay.
Also today, hanging around the car par, the juvenile Mediterranean gull.
